We accept the project at ‘as is where is’ condition. Then we review the present status vis-à-vis the past performance. We talk to the promoters and the appointed sales force. To arrive at a crystal clear understanding of the challenges that we need to overcome.
Research
The first source of research is the data. We extensively study the sales registers, the enquiry flow and the conversion ratio. We try to build a find out the commonalities in the profiles of the existing customers. Then we draw a conclusion and go to the market to verify its validity.
