Job Description
  • Build the vision and strategy for Data Analytics business, in partnership with the sales team and the operations team. Lead the development of sales collaterals and service offerings Actively work with the sales team to support the conversion of the sales pipeline. This would include the design of the proposed solution, pricing, and methodology. Lead the delivery of the project for the first few projects, while the team is being built out Will need to get involved
  • Hands on day-to-day project delivery Identify key roles within the team. Hire, train and mentor team members Interact with clients directly and manage key client relationships

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Leadership skills to build a practice, manage a team, drive business expansion and profitabilit.
  • 7 – 10 years of hands-on industry experience in designing and delivering analytics solutions to global clients, preferably within the eCommerce / online retail domain.
  • Prior experience in this domain will be a definite advantage. Prior exposure to pre-sales Demonstrated experience in hiring, training and mentoring a team.
